- 1lb Thick cut bacon
- 1/2 cup Rosser’s Ridge Dark Maple Syrup.
- 1/4 cup Rosser’s Ridge Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 350F. Place baking rack on rimmed cookie sheet lined with tin foil. Combine syrup, sugar & cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Dip bacon in mixture pulling through forefinger & thumb to lightly pull off excess mixture and place on baking rack. Bake for about 25 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Let dry on rack.
