Maple Grilled Salmon

  • 1 piece of salmon or fish of choice
  • 1/2 cup Rosser’s Ridge Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • Rind of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt & pepper

Make a marinade from the ingredients listed above & let sit for at least 1 hour. Brush fish with marinade. Grill or bake until fish is cooked to your liking. Remove from heat & drizzle with more Rosser’s Ridge Pure Maple Syrup and lemon to taste. Submitted by Crown Maple, Dutchess County, NY
