- 1 cup Rosser’s Ridge Granulated Maple Sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tbsp Rosser’s Ridge Pure Maple Syrup
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F degrees. Mix Rosser’s Ridge Granulated Sugar, shortening, butter, egg, Rosser’s Ridge Pure Maple Syrup, and vanilla extract in large bowl until smooth. Slowly mix in baking soda & flour. Stir in white chocolate chips. drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 9-12 minutes until lightly golden brown.
